The questions people ask before buying.

Do calls still ring my phone normally?
Yes — your personal phone number never changes. You simply advertise your Relauna number instead of your own. When a customer calls your Relauna number, it rings your normal phone exactly as before. If you answer, the call connects as usual. Nothing changes about how your phone works.
Do I need to change my number?
You don't change your personal number — you just change the number you advertise publicly (website, van, Google profile, ads). That becomes your Relauna number. Your Relauna number then calls your real phone whenever a customer rings. Your personal number stays private.
What happens if I miss the call?
If you don't answer, or you're already busy, Relauna texts the caller instantly and lets them book a callback slot.
What exactly gets booked?
A callback slot. The customer picks a time window and replies with their postcode and a quick issue note. You get the slot and details, then confirm the rest on the callback.
How are times offered?
Customers choose from Morning / Afternoon / Emergency in the SMS. The aim is to lock in a callback window quickly, without back-and-forth.
What if a customer replies with something random?
You still get their number and message in Calls Tracker. If they don't follow the format exactly, you can still call them back normally.
Does it work after hours?
Yes. After-hours is included. If a customer calls your Relauna number when you're unavailable, they can still get a text-back and book a callback slot.
Is the SMS compliant?
Yes. The SMS is transactional and includes STOP opt-out wording.
